DESIRE'S MIRROR - PROBLEM SHOOTING

If you meet any problems, please let me know, and I'll try to do something about it if only I can.

With many problems, just simply viewing the site with a different web browser may help. Tested with Internet Explorer, Opera, Google Chrome & Mozilla Firefox. IE seems to be the best working.

However, if you can't watch the embedded video for some reason:
- You could click the download link, which should open the file in your Windows Media Player (but it will also save the video file on your PC, into your temporary internet files folder.)
- Or check if I've uploaded the video on YouTube, my accounts listed under the Download link.

Q: Where does the control panel disappear from underneath the video, when viewed with Firefox?
A: I don't know but I know it doesn't even happen to all Firefox users. I'm trying to figure that problem out and fix it if I can - until then just right click your mouse on the video and select "Play".

Q: The video's picture doesn't fit the frames - I can only see part of it!
A: This is a problem with Firefox, though again, not with everyone. The picture size is the full screen one even though it's not set to be so. So, right click on the video while it's playing, then click Zoom and put it into a Full Screen mode. Internet Explorer doesn't have this but the video picture fits the frames perfectly. You may want to view the videos in full screen anyway, much more enjoyable that way in great quality! Press ESC to get back from the full screen mode.

Q: The videos keep pausing at some points of the video / all the time during the videos, or they don't otherwise flow smoothly.
A: Click the Play button just once; when the Play and the Stop buttons are both white, just wait. The video should start playing within 30 seconds, depending on your conection speed. This way, you let the video start playing itself after your player has pushed the stream through, and thus it should play the video fine.

Q: The colours of the videos are all messed up and blurry. It's hard to see what's going on in the video. Is it supposed to be that way?
A: Certainly not. Many videos do have effects and / or changed colour worlds but they should never be all messed up or hard to see what's going on. That problem is most likely to do with your computer's video drivers or some video playing setting thingy there - or with your computer screen's colour / contrast settings. You might want to ask about that from someone wiser about computers than I. If however someone knows there's something I could do to help with that, please let me know.
